Copyright and use of the website

All information and content published on fronti.app, in particular fiscal simulations, insurance comparisons, pension calculations, exchange rate comparisons, commute planning tools, blog articles, and the associated presentation formats, designs, and software, are protected by copyright under the ownership of Kernvox OÜ, hereinafter referred to as “Fronti”. Fronti expressly reserves all corresponding rights. No rights whatsoever to software or other content elements of fronti.app are transferred to you through your use, downloading, or copying of that content. This also applies to the Fronti name and logo, which are proprietary to Kernvox OÜ. Use of fronti.app is subject to the following conditions:

Fronti makes its tools and comparisons available to individuals free of charge.

Use of Fronti tools and content for commercial purposes must be approved by Fronti. “Commercial use” refers in particular to the offering of advisory services based on Fronti calculations and comparisons, or the systematic reproduction of Fronti content. Permission for commercial use may be obtained by emailing team@fronti.app.

Users of fronti.app expressly undertake not to reuse the information provided by Fronti in any shape or form for anything other than personal, non-commercial purposes. In particular, users will refrain from copying, publishing, scraping, or otherwise reproducing accessible data in any form, including on the internet.

Links to services on fronti.app are explicitly permitted, as long as it remains clear that Fronti is the service provider. In the case of infringements of these copyright terms, Fronti reserves the right to take legal action.

No offer

The information published by Fronti, including fiscal simulations, insurance comparisons, pension projections, exchange rate calculations, and any other tool outputs, does not represent financial, tax, legal, or insurance advice, nor a recommendation or invitation to buy or sell any products or services. All calculations are indicative and based on publicly available data and parameters that may change. Users should always consult a qualified professional (commercialista, tax advisor, insurance broker) before making financial or legal decisions based on information from Fronti.

User accounts

By creating a Fronti account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your profile data up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access. Fronti uses passwordless authentication (magic link) — we never store or request passwords. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile page, which permanently removes all your data.

Information for users

By using fronti.app and creating an account, users agree to Fronti providing them with relevant information about services, tools, and updates from time to time. Users have the option to unsubscribe from communications at any time by contacting team@fronti.app or using the unsubscribe link provided in emails.

No guarantee

Fronti makes every effort to ensure that all information presented on its platform is up to date and correct. However, Fronti cannot explicitly or implicitly assure or guarantee that the information is accurate, reliable, and complete. In particular:

• Tax rates, social contribution rates, and fiscal parameters are based on official published data but may change without notice.
• Insurance premiums are sourced from official BAG/priminfo.admin.ch data but may differ from individual quotes.
• Exchange rates are sourced from the European Central Bank (ECB) via the Frankfurter API and represent mid-market reference rates, not transactional rates.
• Pension projections (LPP/BVG) are based on statutory minimum parameters and may differ significantly from your employer's actual pension plan.
• Commute times and transport schedules are sourced from the Swiss Transport OpenData API and represent planned schedules, not guaranteed travel times.
• Real estate and cost of living data are sourced from publicly available databases (Numbeo) and may not reflect current market conditions.

Fronti expressly reserves the right to change the published information at any time or to modify or discontinue any service.

No liability

Under no circumstances shall Fronti or Kernvox OÜ be liable (including in cases of negligence) for any loss or damage, including direct and indirect consequential damages, that may arise from:

• The user's access to or use of fronti.app and its tools
• Decisions made based on calculations, comparisons, or information provided by Fronti
• Inaccuracies in tax calculations, insurance comparisons, pension projections, or exchange rate conversions
• Interactions with third-party professionals referred through the “Trova un Commercialista” directory
• The linking of fronti.app to other websites or services
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical errors

This applies even if Fronti has been advised of the possibility of such damages. All tools and information are provided “as is” for informational purposes only.

Third-party services and links

fronti.app integrates with and links to third-party services and websites, including but not limited to Supabase, SBB, Trenord, Open-Meteo, insurance companies, banking services, and real estate portals. Fronti cannot assume any guarantee or liability for these third-party services, their content, availability, or accuracy. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Expert referrals disclaimer

The professionals listed in the “Trova un Commercialista” directory are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Fronti or Kernvox OÜ. Fronti provides a referral service, not professional intermediation. The choice of professional and evaluation of their suitability is the user's sole responsibility. Fronti does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcome of professional services rendered by referred professionals.

Employer partnership services

Services offered under “Fronti per le Aziende” are subject to separate partnership agreements between Kernvox OÜ and the subscribing company. The terms of such agreements take precedence over these general terms of service for the scope of that partnership.

Affiliate links

fronti.app may contain affiliate links to financial services (e.g. Wise, Revolut, Yuh, N26) and other partners. Fronti may receive a commission if you sign up for a service through these links. This does not affect the price you pay or the objectivity of our comparisons. Affiliate relationships do not influence the ranking or presentation of services in our comparison tools.

Governing law

Use of fronti.app is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of fronti.app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.

Changes

Fronti reserves the right to change these terms of service at any time. The most recent published version, available at fronti.app/terms, shall apply. Previous versions are replaced by the new version upon publication. Registered users will be notified of significant changes via email.
